15-11b13. Same; payment of tax moneys to treasurer of district.The county treasurers of each of the counties in which territory orattached territory of the district is located, shall, upon collection ofthe tax moneys provided for in K.S.A. 15-11b12, pay the same to thetreasurer of the community building district.
