15-1123. Leasing of municipal auditorium to patriotic organization;term.The governing body of any city of the third class, owning a municipalauditorium, is hereby authorized to lease all or any part of saidauditorium to any patriotic organization, having a state and nationalorganization, for a period not to exceed fifteen years, upon such terms asthe governing body of the city and the patriotic organization desiring tolease the building may agree.
