Article 11.--MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

     
15-1128.   Same; bond and tax limitations inapplicable.
Bonds issued under the authority of this act may be issued without a
petition or election and without regard to limitations on bonded
indebtedness of the issuing municipalities and taxing subdivisions; and
taxes may be levied to pay the principal and interest of such bonds without
regard to the aggregate tax levy limitations prescribed by law and without
regard to the provisions of K.S.A. 79-2925 to 79-2936, inclusive, and
amendments thereto.
