15-1128.   Same; bond and tax limitations inapplicable.Bonds issued under the authority of this act may be issued without apetition or election and without regard to limitations on bondedindebtedness of the issuing municipalities and taxing subdivisions; andtaxes may be levied to pay the principal and interest of such bonds withoutregard to the aggregate tax levy limitations prescribed by law and withoutregard to the provisions of K.S.A. 79-2925 to 79-2936, inclusive, andamendments thereto.
