Article 12.--GENERAL PROVISIONS

     
15-1201.   When commission form applicable.
All cities of the third class which shall adopt the provisions of this
act, by a majority vote of all electors voting at a special election called
for that purpose as hereinafter provided, shall be governed by the
provisions of this act.
