Article 13.--ELECTIONS

     
15-1302.   Commissioners; terms.
There shall be an election for commissioners in cities of the third
class adopting this act. All commissioners shall have terms of four years,
except commissioners elected in April, 1968, shall have terms expiring in
1973. Commissioners elected in the year 1967 shall have terms expiring in
1971.
