Article 15.--THE MAYOR

     
15-1502.   Signing of ordinances; right to vote; no veto power.
The mayor shall sign all ordinances passed by the board of
commissioners, and shall have the right to vote as a member of said board
on all questions which may arise, but the mayor shall have no veto power.
