Article 3.--POWERS AND DUTIES OF MAYOR

     
15-308.   Call for aid to enforce laws.
The mayor is hereby authorized to call on every inhabitant of the city
who is between the ages of eighteen (18) and fifty (50) years to aid in
enforcing the laws.
