15-408a.   Validation of election to issue bonds; city of Glade.Any election which was held prior to the effective date ofthis act for the approval of the issuance of general obligation bonds ofthe city of Glade to pay the costs of drilling and equipping a new waterwell in accordance with K.S.A. 15-408 and amendments thereto and which hadnotice thereof first published 19 days prior to the election instead of21 days prior to the election is hereby validated. The city council of thecity of Glade may issue the bonds in the amount and for the purpose approvedby the voters at the election. The bonds shall be legal and binding obligationsof the city of Glade.
