15-913.   Same; taxes, limitation; use of proceeds.Any lands attached to a city of the third class for recreationalpurposes pursuant to the provisions of K.S.A. 15-911 and 15-912, shall notbe taxed by the city at a rate in excess of eleven (11) mills; and all theproceeds of said taxes must be used for the purpose of properly maintainingthe roads on or adjoining said park and otherwise improving and maintainingsaid park.
