16a-1-103.   (UCCC) Supplementary general principles of lawapplicable.Unless displaced by the particular provisions of K.S.A. 16a-1-101 through16a-9-102, the uniform commercial codeand the principles of law and equity, including the law relative tocapacity to contract, principal and agent, estoppel, fraud,misrepresentation, duress, coercion, mistake, bankruptcy, or othervalidating or invalidating cause supplement its provisions.
