16a-2-309.   Conduct of business; other than makingloans.A licensee may conduct the business of making loans under K.S.A.16a-1-101through 16a-9-102 within any office,room or place of business in which any other business is solicited orengaged in, or in association or conjunction therewith, unless thecommissioner shall find, after a hearing, that the other business is ofsuch nature that such conduct tends to conceal evasion of such portionof this act or of the rules and regulations made thereunder and shallorder such licensee in writing to desist from such conduct.
