Article 3.--REGULATION OF AGREEMENTS AND PRACTICES

     
16a-3-203a.   Receipt of payment by assignor.
If payment is received by the assignor of a consumer credit
contract for the benefit of the assignee, the date of payment shall be deemed
to be the day payment is received by the assignor.
