Article 3.--REGULATION OF AGREEMENTS AND PRACTICES

     
16a-3-206.   (UCCC) Compliance with rules and regulations; truth in lending.
A creditor shall disclose to the consumer the information required
by the rules and regulations adopted by the administrator pursuant to
K.S.A. 16a-6-117, and amendments thereto.
