Article 3.--REGULATION OF AGREEMENTS AND PRACTICES

      16a-3-209.   Calendar days used for computingtime.(a) Unless otherwise specifically stated, for thepurposes ofK.S.A. 16a-1-101through 16a-9-102,and amendments thereto, in computing any period of time, calendar days shall beused. The dayof the act, event or default from which the designated period of time begins torun shall not beincluded. Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays are included, unless the lastday of the period socomputed is a Saturday, Sunday or a legal holiday, in which event the periodruns until the end ofthe next day which is not a Saturday, Sunday or a legal holiday. "Legalholiday" includes anyday designated as a holiday by the Federal Reserve Bank.

      (b)   This section shall be part of and supplemental to the uniform consumercredit code.
