Article 3.--REGULATION OF AGREEMENTS AND PRACTICES

      16a-3-304.   (UCCC) Use of multipleagreements.(1) A creditor may not engage in a pattern or practice ofusing multiple agreements to obtain ahigher finance charge than would otherwise be permitted by theprovisions of the article on finance charges and related provisions(article 2).

      (2)   The excess amount of finance charge provided for in this sectionis an excess charge for the purposes of the provisions on rights ofparties (K.S.A. 16a-5-201, and amendmentsthereto) and the provisions on civil actions byadministrator (K.S.A. 16a-6-113, and amendmentsthereto).
