16a-6-117. Rules and regulations; truth inlending.The administrator shall adopt rules and regulations necessary to carry outthe provisions and terms of the uniform consumer credit code which areconsistent with or no less restrictive than the truth-in-lending act, which iscontained in title I of the consumer credit protection act, 15 U.S.C.§ 1601et seq. and regulation Z, 12 C.F.R. § 226 et seq.,as amended, the equal credit opportunity act, 15 U.S.C. § 1691-1691fand regulation B, 12 C.F.R. § 202 et seq., as amended, the real estatesettlement procedures act of 1974, 12 U.S.C. § 2601 et seq., andregulation X, 24 C.F.R. §§ 3500 et seq., as amended and section670 of the John Warner national defense authorization act for fiscal year 2007,10 U.S.C. § 987 et seq. and 32 C.F.R. § 232 et seq.
