16a-6-404.   Procedure for adoption of rules.(1) Prior to the adoption, amendment, or repeal of any rule, theadministrator shall submit such proposed rule, amendment or revocation tothe attorney general for his examination and approval and shall give noticeand hold a hearing thereon in the manner required by article 4 of chapter77 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated and amendments thereto.
