Article 6.--ADMINISTRATION

     
16a-6-404.   Procedure for adoption of rules.
(1) Prior to the adoption, amendment, or repeal of any rule, the
administrator shall submit such proposed rule, amendment or revocation to
the attorney general for his examination and approval and shall give notice
and hold a hearing thereon in the manner required by article 4 of chapter
77 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated and amendments thereto.
