16a-6-405. Filing and taking effect of rules.
(1) Every rule and regulation or amendment or revocation thereof shall be filed by the
administrator in the office of the secretary of
state in the manner
provided by article 4 of chapter 77 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated and
amendments thereto.
(2) Each rule and regulation or amendment or revocation thereof shall take effect at
times prescribed under the provisions of article 4 of chapter 77 of the
Kansas Statutes Annotated and amendments thereto.
