16a-6-410.   (UCCC) Contested cases; orders subject to provisions ofKansas administrative procedure act; informal disposition.(1) In a contested case, all parties shall be afforded an opportunityfor hearing after reasonable notice. Orders in contested cases, andproceedings thereon, shall be subject to the provisions of the Kansasadministrative procedure act.

      (2)   Unless precluded by law, informal disposition may be made of anycontested case by stipulation, agreed settlement, or consent order.
