16a-6-410.   (UCCC) Contested cases; orders subject to provisions of
Kansas administrative procedure act; informal disposition.
(1) In a contested case, all parties shall be afforded an opportunity
for hearing after reasonable notice. Orders in contested cases, and
proceedings thereon, shall be subject to the provisions of the Kansas
administrative procedure act.

     
(2)   Unless precluded by law, informal disposition may be made of any
contested case by stipulation, agreed settlement, or consent order.
