      16a-6-414.   Judicial review of administrator's actions.Anyaction of the administrator pursuant to the uniform consumer credit code issubject to review in accordance with the actfor judicial review and civil enforcement of agency actions. This sectiondoes not limit utilization of or the scope of judicial review availableunder other means of review, redress, relief or trial de novoprovided by law. A preliminary, procedural or intermediate action orruling of the administrator is immediately reviewable if review of thefinal decision of the administrator would not provide an adequate remedy.
