16a-9-102.   (UCCC) Continuation of licensing.All persons licensed or otherwise authorized under the provisions ofarticle 4 of chapter 16 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated, and amendmentsthereto, on the effective date of this act are licensed to make supervisedloans under sections 1 through 135 of this act [*], pursuant to the part onsupervised lenders (part 3) of the article on finance charges and relatedprovisions (article 2), and all provisions of that part apply to thepersons so previously licensed or authorized. The administrator may, but isnot required to, deliver evidence of licensing to the persons so previouslylicensed or authorized.
