16-110.   Conveyances of improvements on public lands.Deeds of quitclaim and other conveyances of improvements upon publiclands shall be as binding, and effectual between the parties, for conveyingthe title of the grantor in and to the same, as in cases where the grantorhas the fee simple to the premises conveyed.
