16-111.   Medium of payment.That from and after the passage of this act, all obligations of debt,judgments, or executions, stated in terms of dollars, and to be paid inmoney, if not dischargeable in United States legal-tender notes, shall bepayable in either the standard silver or gold coins authorized by thecongress of the United States, all stipulations in the contract to thecontrary notwithstanding.
