16-1007.   Same; repurchase obligations in bankruptcy.(a) K.S.A. 16-1002, and amendments thereto, shall applyto the repurchase obligation of any wholesaler, manufacturer, distributor ortransferee of any wholesaler, manufacturer or distributor who has filed on orfiles subsequent to the effective date of this act for protection fromcreditors pursuant to 11 United States Code 101 et seq.

      (b)   K.S.A. 16-1002, and amendments thereto, shall apply to therepurchase obligation of any wholesaler, manufacturer, distributor ortransferee of any wholesaler, manufacturer or distributor who has a casepending on the effective date of this act for protection from creditorspursuant to 11 United States Code 101 et seq.

      (c)   This section shall be part of and supplemental to article 10 ofchapter 16 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated.
