16-1311.   Severability.If any section of this act, or any part of any section thereof, orthe application of such provision to any person or circumstance shall bedeclared invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration of invalidity shall notaffect the remaining portions thereof and the application of such provision toother persons or circumstances.
