16-1408.   Remedies.If any supplier violates any provisions of K.S.A. 16-1406 or16-1407, a retailer may bring an action in any court of competent jurisdictionfordamages sustained by the retailer as a consequence of the supplier'sviolation. The court may also award court costs and reasonable attorneyfees to the prevailing party. The remedies set forth in this section shallnot be deemed exclusive and shall be in addition to any other remediespermitted by law including proceedings under the Kansas consumer protectionact.
