16-1411.   Severability.If any section of this act, or any part of any sectionthereof, or the application of such provision to any person or circumstanceshall be declared invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration ofinvalidity shall not affect the remaining portions thereof and theapplication of such provision to other persons or circumstances.
