Chapter 16.--CONTRACTS AND PROMISES

Article 3.--FUNERAL AND CEMETERY MERCHANDISE AGREEMENTS, CONTRACTS AND PLANS

     
16-307.   Same; severability.
The provisions of this act shall be separable, and in case any provision
or part thereof shall be held to be unconstitutional or invalid for any
reason, the same shall not be held to affect any other paragraph, provision
or part of this act.
