16-327.   Same; redeposit of moneys; action by attorney general.The attorney general, at the request of the secretary of state may initiatean action to recover payments required to be redeposited to the trust underK.S.A. 16-326, or to recover other moneys received or disbursedin violation of this act. In addition, the attorney general may seek toenjoin any violation of the act.
