16-329.   Same; notice of intent to sell merchandise contracts filed withsecretary of state.No cemetery corporation shall enter into any prepaid merchandise contractuntil such corporation has filed with the secretary of state a notificationof its intention to sell and engage in such prepaid merchandisecontracts. Such notice shall include the name of the cemetery corporation,its principal place of business and the name and address of the trusteeor trustees to be utilized under the provisions of this act.

      Accounting records and information required by this act shall be maintainedin a format approved by the secretary of state. A report of the merchandisetrust account shall be required of the cemetery corporation annually aspart of the corporation's annual report on a form provided or approved bythe secretary of state.
