16-330.   Same; refusal to submit to audit; attorney general.Whenever any officer of any cemetery corporation refuses to submit the books,records, papers and instruments of such cemetery corporation to the examinationand inspection of the secretary of state, or of any ofthe secretary's assistants or examiners, or in any manner obstruct or interferewith the examination or audit of its cemetery merchandise trust fund orany audit made pursuant to subsection (d) of K.S.A. 16-321, orrefuse to be examined on oath concerning any of the affairs of its cemeterymerchandise trust fund, the secretary of state may request the attorneygeneral to institute proceedings for the appointment of a receiver for suchcemetery corporation.
