Article 3.--FUNERAL AND CEMETERY MERCHANDISE AGREEMENTS, CONTRACTS AND PLANS

     
16-333.   Same; not subject to 16-301 to 16-309.
Sales of cemetery merchandise subject to this act shall be exempt from the
provisions of K.S.A. 16-301 through 16-309, inclusive, and any amendments thereto.
