16-717.   Minors; prohibited transactions.(a) No pawnbroker shall receive in pledge, or as security forany loan, transfer, service, undertaking or advantage, anything of valuefrom any person under the age of 18 years.

      (b)   No precious metal dealer shall purchase any precious metal from anyperson under the age of 18 years.
