Article 7.--REGULATION OF PAWNBROKERS AND PRECIOUS METAL DEALERS

     
16-722.   Prosecution of violations.
Whenever he has reason to believe a violation of this act has occurred,
the county attorney or any of his deputies shall prosecute every case to
final judgment in the county wherein the alleged offense was committed.
