17-10a08.   Rights and privileges granted to federal savings and loanassociations.Every federal savings and loan association incorporated under theprovisions of section 5 [*] of the home owners' loan act of 1933, doingbusiness in this state and the shares or accounts issued by any suchassociation shall have all the rights, powers, and privileges, and shall beentitled to the same exemptions and immunities as are building and loanassociations organized under the laws of this state and the shares of suchassociations.
