17-1108a.   Home building and owning corporations; powers.Any corporation established pursuant to K.S.A. 17-1101 etseq., and amendments thereto, prior to July 1, 1995, shall continue inexistence but shall be governed by the provisions of chapter 17 of the KansasStatutes Annotated relating to the powers, duties and functions of othernot-for-profit corporations.
