17-12a105.   Electronic records andsignatures.This act modifies, limits, and supersedes thefederal electronic signatures in global and national commerce act,but does not modify, limit, or supersede section 101(c) of that act(15 U.S.C. section 7001(c)) or authorize electronic delivery of anyof the notices described in section 103(b) of that act (15 U.S.C.section 7003(b)). This act authorizes the filing of records andsignatures, when specified by provisions of this act or by a ruleadopted or order issued under this act, in a manner consistent withsection 104(a) of that act (15 U.S.C. section 7004(a)).
