17-12a203.   Additional exemptions andwaivers.A rule adopted or order issued under this act mayexempt a security, transaction, or offer; a rule under this act mayexempt a class of securities, transactions, or offers from any orall of the requirements ofK.S.A. 17-12a301 through 17-12a306 and17-12a504,and amendments thereto; and an order under this act may waive, inwhole or in part, any or all of the conditions for an exemption oroffer underK.S.A. 17-12a201 and 17-12a202, and amendments thereto.
