17-12a307.   Waiver and modification.The administrator may waive or modify, in wholeor in part, any or all of the requirements ofK.S.A. 17-12a302,17-12a303 and 17-12a304(b), and amendments thereto, or the requirement of anyinformation or record in a registration statement or in a periodicreport filed pursuant toK.S.A. 17-12a305(i), and amendmentsthereto.
