17-12a506.   Misrepresentations concerningregistration or exemption.The filing of an application for registration, aregistration statement, a notice filing under this act, theregistration of a person, the notice filing by a person, or theregistration of a security under this act does not constitute afinding by the administrator that a record filed under this act istrue, complete, and not misleading. The filing or registration orthe availability of an exemption, exception, preemption, orexclusion for a security or a transaction does not mean that theadministrator has passed upon the merits or qualifications of, orrecommended or given approval to, a person, security, ortransaction. It is unlawful to make, or cause to be made, to apurchaser, customer, client, or prospective customer or client arepresentation inconsistent with this section.
