17-1309. Same; conveyance of lots.
That upon complying with the requirements of the preceding section, such
corporation shall have the power to convey, by deed or otherwise, the
burial lots as shown on said recorded plats for burial purposes only, in
accordance with such regulations and bylaws as may be established and
adopted by said corporation.
