17-1309.   Same; conveyance of lots.That upon complying with the requirements of the preceding section, suchcorporation shall have the power to convey, by deed or otherwise, theburial lots as shown on said recorded plats for burial purposes only, inaccordance with such regulations and bylaws as may be established andadopted by said corporation.
