17-1311a.   Same; penalties for misuse.(a) Misuse of the permanent maintenance fund or any money belongingthereto is using, lending or permitting another to use, moneys in the fundin a manner not authorized by law, by a custodian or other person havingcharge or control of such fund or moneys by virtue of his position.

      (b)   Misuse of the permanent maintenance fund is a severitylevel 7, nonperson felony.
