17-1312b.   Audit or examination of books and accounts; examinationof officers, employees and agents.The secretary of state, or his assistants or examiners, may makeexaminations or audits as provided in K.S.A. 17-1312a. For such purposethe secretary of state, his assistants andexaminers, are authorized to administer oaths and to examine under oaththe directors, officers, employees and agents of any cemeterycorporation. Such examination may be reduced to writing by the personmaking it and may contain a statement of the condition of each permanentmaintenance fund examined.
