17-1312c.   Same; interference with or refusal to submit to examination;appointment of receiver.Whenever any officer of any cemetery corporation shall refuse to submitthe books, records, papers and instruments of such cemetery corporation tothe examination and inspection of the secretary of state, or any of hisassistants or examiners, or in any manner obstruct or interfere with theexamination or audit of its permanent maintenance funds, or refuse to beexamined on oath concerning any of the affairs of its permanent maintenancefunds, the secretary of state, with the concurrence of the attorneygeneral, may institute proceedings for the appointment of a receiver forsuch cemetery corporation.
