17-1325.   Crypts and catacombs; construction.All crypts and catacombs, if any be placed therein in such mausoleum,vault, or other structure, shall be constructed so that all partsthereof may be readily and easily examined by the secretary of healthand environment or the secretary's designee or by a local health officer,and such crypts orcatacombs shall be hermetically sealed after such deceased bodies have beenplaced therein so that no offensive or unhealthful odor oreffluvia may escape therefrom.
