17-1329. Same; use of proceeds.
It shall be the duty of the trustees or treasurer of such cemetery
corporation or association, or the township trustee, to apply the proceeds
of such sale or sales to the permanent maintenance and care of the
remaining graves in such abandoned cemetery.
