17-1330a.   Same; withdrawal of cemetery; petition. Wheneverany such cemetery district has been formed including morethan one cemetery, and there is no outstanding indebtedness againstsuchdistrict, then any one of such cemeteries may be withdrawn fromsuchdistrict by presenting to the board of county commissioners of the countyin which the greater portion of such district lies, a petitionsigned bynot less than 51% of the qualified electors of the cemeterydistrictproposed to be withdrawn, to be determined by an enumeration taken for thispurpose and verified by some qualified elector of such district.It shallbe the duty of the board of county commissioners at their nextregularmeeting to enter an order removing such cemetery with theterritoryincluded in such petition from such cemeterydistrict, andwhen soremoved such cemetery and territory so removed, shall not be taxed in thedistrictfrom which it was removed and shall be restored to all rights andprivileges the same as if it had never been included within any suchdistrict.
