17-1330b.   Same; inclusion of adjoining territory; resolution,hearing, publication.(a) The board of county commissioners of any county having a cemetery districtestablished pursuant to K.S.A. 17-1330, may by resolution, enlarge the districtto include adjoining territory in which there is located an abandoned cemetery.

      (b)   No order shall be made under the provisions of subsection (a) untila hearing is held. Notice of such hearing shall be published in a newspaperof general circulation in the county where such cemetery district is located,for two consecutive weeks, stating the time and place of such hearing andthe action proposed, with the last publication thereof being at least fivedays before the date of the hearing.
