17-1334.   Same; meetings of directors; election of officers; terms;bond of secretary-treasurer.That the directors of said cemetery association shall meet within thirtydays after their election, and at all other times during their term ofoffice when called by their president, who shall at their first meetingelect a president from among their number, and a secretary-treasurer whoshall be required to give a bond to the association in the sum of $300, andwhich president and secretary-treasurer shall have all the authority nowprovided by law for such officials of cemetery associations orcorporations. Each officer elected pursuant to this section shall serve fora term of one (1) year.
